Two Weeks from today I will be standing on stage...competing!! Holy buckets! I have a lot of work to do, in the gym and out, between now and then. In many ways I don't feel ready yet, but I also know that I can achieve some big results in the next 14 days. Although I do feel like my muscle-gain phase has come to an end and what I have today is what I'll have on stage...provided I don't burn any off in my mega cardio sessions this week.
Overall, I feel really good about where I am right now. I feel like everything is in place for a great competition and I am pleased with the results I've achieved thus far. I'm really tired of the diet, but keeping my eyes on the prize (TROPHY!!!!)
