Back Day

Back day, today. Not my best back workout - was flying solo today and didn't have my game on. I could not leave the gym and answer 'yes' to Dave's question: Did I work as hard as I could have? Nope, I didn't. No excuse really. :( Sorry to let ya down, coach!

Seated Cable Row (unilateral)
70 x 10 x 2
85 x 8 x 2

Bent over DB Rows
50 x 10 x 5

Hammer Strength Low Row
140 x 8 x 4

Life Fitness Seated Row
90 x 12 x 1
105 x 10 x 2

Cable Lat Pull Overs
70 x 12 x 4

Finished it off with 20 minutes on the stepmill and did a little sauna detox for 15 minutes. Felt great to sweat out all the toxins (aka negative vibes) :) Tomorrow is chest and it WILL be a KILLER chest workout!!!
